Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Must include original packaging (if applicable)
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Any worn, washed, or damaged items not caused by us
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You’ll be notified of approval or rejection
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
Exchanges
If you need a different size or item, contact us and we’ll set up an exchange (based on availability).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right.
Shipping Costs
